INTUITU PERSONÆ considers its candidates, wherever they come from, whomever they are, as the reason to be for its activity as a recruitment agency. In fact we are hold by our contracts with our client to reopen the searching and selection of a candidate if your working contract for any reason, even in case of force majeur is ended. This all so explains our interest to find terrific candidates for the posts. Ipse facto this results in the fact that we have no interest to propose you a position in a company that we do not believe to fit you. We respect our candidates as we've been candidates as well, as the candidates for us are recruiters as well, because they are porters of our image and of our notoriety and not to neglect that this attitude is strictly ethical. This is why you can be sure that your candidacy is not being turned down for motives that hasn't anything to do with the post (age, ethnical origin, nationality, religion, sexual preferences etc.), that the questions asked to you aren't going to be indiscreet, and that the post really exists, and that your present employer is not going to be informed that you are looking for a new position. You can ask the consultant that you've met why your application wasn't successful, the results of the tests and your position toward other applicants. Finally do not expect that we'll ask you about your qualities and shortcomings as we consider that this has nothing to do with engaging a person for a position. A shortcoming can very well be a quality and a quality a shortcoming, all depends on the circumstances of the post what the company is looking for or simply the interpretation of the words different and semantically diversified. One can be firm considered as a quality, or stubborn, considered rather badly. The truth is that we never recruit anyone who admits to be lazy or stupid or affirms not to be a team-player... |
