A lot has been said about continuing formation. The question is if there really has it's utility and reason to exist.

We believe that there are reasons to do so. Many formations do not achieve what they promise. Why ?

There are many a reason for this ; first of all they aren't necessarily adapted to the needs, this because the analysis before the educational plan was settled was badly done. Secondly the plan might actually correspond to a potential need rather than a factual one, a potential that after all is not needed, the plan must be reviewed, or simply that the planning corresponds to misjudgements generally, like " everyone needs to know how the internet works today ", which after all isn't necessarily true.

Finally the educational plan might be excellent but the internal hierarchy doesn't approve or has problem to find the necessary agent to promote it, in the company's structure.
